Five high school students and 100 elderly persons are set to benefit from phase two of the Amara Reality Limited Oint Country Homes launched today in Thika, Kenya. Phase One saw another 100 elderly persons and three students from Emmanuel Boarding School, Kiagudhu Boys and Kanunga High School identified from humble backgrounds benefit with high school scholarships that settled their fee arrears.
“The groundbreaking launch of the Oint Country Homes, Phase two, is a significant step towards our vision of building homes that inspire and sustain.” Said Jane Baiyu, CEO of Amara Realty Homes.

Phase two will feature 28 modern eco friendly country homes built, with a fair share of the funds supporting another 100 elderly persons every month from July 2025 and five students identified from poor families.
“This project is more than just houses; its about fostering a community where families can thrive, connect and grow in an environmentally conscious setting.” She said.
In line with their theme of creating sustainable vibrant communities, the launch of phase two will also see five football teams from Juja, Muranga, Mwea, Mai Mahiu and Kiambu get financial support as a motivation to talents identification and nurturing from the grass root. The launch ceremony brought together industry leaders, community leaders, prospective home owners and the media.
