Three individuals suspected of drug trafficking have been arrested by police in the Timboni area of Watamu, Kilifi County. The suspects were found inside a house in possession of 14 sachets of heroin, 100 grams of cannabis (bhang), three syringes, 15 plastic wrappers, and other drug-related paraphernalia.
The operation, conducted by law enforcement officers, was part of an ongoing crackdown on illegal drug activities in the coastal region. The seized items are believed to be intended for distribution within the local community.
The suspects are currently in police custody and will remain detained as investigations continue. Authorities have indicated that they may face charges related to possession and trafficking of illegal narcotics, which are serious offenses under Kenyan law.
